1. Shipping Rates & Timelines

We process all orders within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) using standard USPS shipping rates.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our wellness reset system. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your products. Both opened and unopened bottles are accepted.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  1. Email our customer support team at support@cortiwell.com with your order number.
  2. If returning product containers, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and return address instructions.
  3. Once the return/refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 5-10 business days (via Stripe).

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@cortiwell.com and we will ship a replacement package free of charge.
